Who am I?

Trainer

I have been delivering trainings and workshops on diverse communication topics - from sales and negotiation to presentation and leadership skills, in a range of European countries (from Switzerland to Turkey). I have been doing that since 2007. My focal point is always the participant of the training and the change that is lying ahead of them. I am the facilitator of the change, my role is to help the participants utilize their own resources.

Coach

I have been helping my clients achieve their goals and dreams as a coach since 2006. My clients are mostly business executives, but in fact it is my clients from outside the business world that expand my horizonts the most. And I am glad to have worked with clients from public sector, arts and charities.

Consultant

An important part of my development job is the consulting part. I am helping the business managers and HR professionals to design the development process so that it brings results and achieves a high return on investment. Although it is important for me to entertain my training participants, the main development outcome is results and change, not the entertainment.

Former Banker

I have spent 14 years in Banking, mostly with Citibank. I have worked in different countries, with diverse cultures. I have risen through the ranks from an Analyst position to a Vice President. I have sold products for many years, and I have lead people. Having own experience from sales and leadership gives me an important insight into what I am training. And also stories that people like hearing. 🙂

Lifelong Learner and Seeker

I love reading books since I was a child. And I love trying new things. And love talking about what I have read and tried. I share my successes as well as my failures quite openly. This gives me authenticity.

Father

I am a father of two boys, 9 and 13. Recently I started realizing that I don\'t have two kids at home any more. One of them became a teenager, and the relationship started to change. This brings new situations, new challenges. But nothing can make a father more proud than seeing his son becoming a man.

MY VISION

My dream is that people are successful and nice to each other at the same time. And in my experience, it is realistic. When people are aware of their dreams and are working hard on achieving them. And at the same time, when they are aware of the others\' dreams, and are helping them to achieve them. Or at least are not standing in the way.

I feel really privileged that I have worked with clients that ambitious and respectful at the same time. I have worked with their teams and I have seen that it is not a walk in the rose garden. Even great teams have their issues and difficult times. And I am glad I could help them.
